SUP Gulf Coast offers Private Lessons & Mini Lessons.
Private Lessons are available daily at 9am & 11am by reservation. It includes on the water instruction for one hour or two hours for up to 3 people.
Ages 4-99 welcome
Base price is $75/one hour
Add students at a discount price.
The Mini Lesson It includes 10-15, minutes of on land instruction on the basics of paddle boarding or surfing for 1-4 people.
We will get you out in the water and on your board.
Instruction includes:
- Safety
- How to get on and off your board
- How to stand and turn
- Proper form
- How to properly enter and exit the water
- How to navigate the waves
